The award for the Best Hatted Window 2023 was presented to Nicola Pugsley of Battens Solicitors by Harriet from Staggs – the award sponsor. Nicola said, “We are so proud to have both won and been part of this wonderful and fun event for the community and businesses. We had a lot of fun designing and creating our window and certainly noticed a lot of passers-by smiling and enjoying the display – we are already thinking about next year’s entry!”.
