The 2021 Hat Festival will be held as a garden Party at the Millennium Green on Saturday 4th September 2021. This year’s Festival will be much smaller than those held in previous years. There will not be a road closure in force at South Street and most of the activity, including the HatFest mass photograph, will be held at the Millennium Green. There will be catering provided by Brit Valley Rotary Club, also a licensed bar, music and other attractions yet to be announced.
Any Government Covid regulations that may be in force will be strictly adhered to; the Government’s current “Road Map” indicates that it should be safe, with all restrictions removed by then – but should this change we will, of course, take any changes into account.
